About Tracey Osmond and Carolyn Seri
Tracey Osmond is a very familiar face in the Townsville community, as the lead singer of popular corporate band Abbey Road and the director of The Voice Singing School. Tracey has coupled her 30 year singing career with her studies both in Australia and overseas, to create a school offering an amazing environment for producing confident, well equipped singers who are able to realise their potential both on and off the stage. She is a graduate of Griffith’s Conservatorium of Music and holds a Masters degree in Music Studies (vocal pedagogy) and a certificate lV in work place training and assessment. Tracey has not only performed as a soloist in many community events but has also had the role of Vocal Director for Townsville’s Carols by Candlelight for the past two years. Tracey was also recently involved in the combined school ensemble for the Townsville opening ceremony of Commonwealth Games. Tracey has a passion for people and an undying love of singing and considers it and incredible privilege to help someone find their true voice.
Carolyn Seri is a General Registered Psychologist and has a Clinical Diploma in Hypnosis. She has an eclectic framework and is trained in a number of evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Children’s Yoga, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Assisted Animal Therapy, EMDR, Neurofeedback Therapy, Parenting Program (1-2-3 Magic Parenting) and the SAS Social Skills Program. Carolyn is experienced in working with an array of complex mental health disorders with issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, psychosomatic complaints, pain management, bedwetting and toileting issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder and social skills issues.
