TBWC and 3rd Brigade presents Stronger Together

For the second consecutive year, TBWC and 3rd Brigade brings you a teambuilding day with a difference.

Business professionals are invited into the gates of Lavarack Barracks to learn from and work together with the Australian Defence Force.

TBWC in partnership with the Australian Defence Force, 3rd Brigade is delighted to bring to you a full day of learning and development. This is an experience unique to Townsville and is an exciting opportunity for the defence and business community to work together and learn from each other. #strongertogether

The day will focus on teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, resilience and adaptation skills.

The day will include an interactive “survival simulation” team-based experiences as well as leadership workshops and resilience lessons learnt by our ADF 3rd Brigade teams during events such as 2019’s monsoonal flooding disaster.

Teams will be made up of 10 people which will either be randomly selected or if you wish to come as a whole work team that is also possible just let us know via email to admin@tbwc.com.au. Each team will have a trained facilitator to assist, observe and provide feedback.

The event will be held on Friday 16 August 2019.

Tickets include a fully catered lunch.

Active/ easy to move in attire is recommended as you will be getting active!

Once tickets have been purchased you will receive further information via email regarding more specific details about the day including entrance to Lavarack Barracks, directions to the Base Gym, timetable and speaker information.
